Personal Healing Plan
Together, we'll transform your health and create long-lasting changes, either online via Zoom/Teams or in-person if you're local to Budapest.
Before we meet, I'll direct you to a form to fill out which gives me some basic information, such as your health history.
We'll meet for an initial 1-hour consultation in which we'll discuss your health concerns and goals. We may meet for an additional consultation if I need further information.
I'll create and send you your personal holistic health plan. We'll book in a follow up for a few weeks to check in and see how you're doing!

Book an appointment for a quick chat about your health and any concerns or objectives you may have.
I'll answer any questions you may have about the consultation process. We'll go through what exactly our working together will look like and what I'll need from you.

Additional Consultations
A 20-minute follow-up consultation is included in your Personal Healing Plan, free of charge.
If you wish to continue your health journey beyond the scope of your Healing Plan, we can arrange for further consultations.
You may have other health concerns beyond what we've addressed in your Personal Healing Plan, or you may want to continue making improvements to your health under the care of a professional.
You can book single consultations, or you may be interested in a Personal Health Coaching subscription.

Personal Health Coaching
If you're looking for an ongoing collaboration to make constant improvements to your health over time, then I offer my services as a Personal Health Coach.
Beginning with a full health analysis, then followed by regular check-ups and all the support you could ever need. This includes being able to call and message me around the clock for information and advice.
This kind of on-call service is at a price to be negotiated and availability is highly limited. Book in a discovery call to find out more.
